Predjuice Against The Ugly

With the world the way it is these days having an edge is not just a bounus but rather a necessity. Pretty people have that edge. I believe that taking the time to get ready in the a.m. (or p.m.) is worth its weight in gold. My goal with this blog is to help women become more confident in their looks. I believe this is an easy step all women have the choice to make. Is it fair that more attractive people get the better office and higher salaries (http://money.cnn.com/2005/04/08/news/funny/beautiful_money/ ), (http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/beautiful-people-earn-12-more-than-ugly-bettys-461261.html) not at all but it’s the world we live in. So make a choice right now…fight reality and continue to be less then polished making less then your more attractive counterpart. Or embrace it. Start taking care of yourself (eat better, work out regularly, trash those crappy clothes) and make a commitment to do your makeup every morning. Take pride in your appearance.

I challenge every woman reading this to commit to doing your makeup (and hair) everyday for the next 30 days. Every time you are going to interact with another human being, even if you're going to the grocery store, take the time to polish yourself. See the positive feedback you get from family, friends, co-workers and complete strangers. This could be your life changing challenge.
